Terms & Conditions
🚘Booking & Confirmation
1. All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or official website.
2. Cab assignments are based on availability; we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle if the selected one is unavailable.
3. Advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings, especially during peak seasons.
⏱ Waiting Time & Delays
4. A complimentary waiting period of *15 minutes* is allowed for pickups. After that, ₹100 per 30 minutes will be charged.
5. We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
🛣 Kilometer & Time Calculations
6. Kilometer and time calculations start from our garage and end at the garage unless specified as point-to-point.
7. Extra charges apply for detours, additional halts, or route changes not mentioned during booking.
🧾 Payments & Billing
8. Final fare may vary if the actual route or travel distance changes from the planned trip.
9. Toll, parking, and state entry taxes are not included in base fare unless mentioned.
10. *18% GST* will be added to the invoice as applicable.
🧍♂ Passenger Conduct
11. Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances in the cab is strictly prohibited.
12. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.
13. The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip if any passenger’s behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
📅 Cancellations & Refunds
14. Cancellations made more than *6 hours* prior to pickup are eligible for a refund (after deducting processing charges).
15. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup or for no-shows.
16. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
🧑✈ Driver & Vehicle
17. All drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained for intercity travel.
18. Vehicle hygiene and safety checks are done before every trip.
19. In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement cab will be arranged or a full refund will be issued.

20. SabaCabs reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
21. By booking a ride, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
